“Dr. Giorlando and her assistant are professional, personable, and competent. The only detraction from my experience is that I wasn’t informed I had a bladder infection (I mentioned I may be getting one and they tested for it) and I had to call a few days later because it was getting worse. I was surprised I hadn’t been told early because they had the results. However they swiftly sent in the prescription and I had it a few hours later.”

“She was the first care provider that was actually kind and didn’t try to make me feel like every decision I make was wrong. She wasn’t condescending which I very much appreciated. Sad that it was only at my 32 week appointment that I had a good interaction with my provider when I’ve been getting care since I was 7 weeks pregnant. All appointments and other providers previously were not very respectful.”

Been going to this practice for 20+ yrs and noticed these past few years especially , how Dr. Szeto takes an interest not only professionally but personally as well . It is nice to be acknowledged as a loyal patient and taking time to speak with me about all aspects . I don’t feel like just a number ! Highly recommend .
